The West Side High School Class of 2009 Class Reunion will be held July 26-28th. Details are subject to change. Hotel Block will be available at the Majestic Star Casino for travelers. Details to be provided. Price will inflate for last minute ticket purchases & registration. Details are subject to change. Registration will close on deadline!
Important Registration Details
Goal: 50-100 (event may be modified with price increases or canceled without registration goal)
Cancellations: Please be advised if we do not reach our participation goal the event may be cancelled, and only partial refunds will be processed. Fees are funding event planning, deposits, and supplies, dj, etc to be purchased in advanced that require nonrefundable deposits. For anyone that voluntarily cancels after purchases, NO refunds will be processed.

The West Side Class Reunion Meet & Greet Mixer & Soiree will be held at the Magestic Star Casino's Lakeshore Lounge. Ticket options and packages include the following.
Meet & Greet Mixer & Soiree Prices
Price: $55 single, $100 couple
Package: Includes h'dourves, dessert, party favor, and limited open bar
Meet and Greet Mixer will begin at 7pm for general arrival, and conclude at 9pm, with 1 hr of open bar access. 9-11 will transition to our Soiree with a live DJ and Alumni Superlative and Award presentations.
VIP Paint & Sip, Meet & Greet Mixer & Soiree
Price: $80, $155 couple
Package: Price includes VIP wrist bands for early arrival and entry, reserved seating, complimentary drinks & extended open bar, h'dourves and dessert, party favor, paint & sip personal set-up with WSH themed keepsake canvas, easel, paint/brush, and supplies. Enjoy complimentary drinks from the open bar.
Paint & Sip/ Meet and Greet Mixer will begin at 6pm for VIP arrival, and conclude at 8pm, 8pm-9pm VIP guests can continue to mix & mingle and will have access to 2 1/2 hours of open bar. 9pm-11pm will transition to our Soiree with a live DJ, Alumni Superlative, and Award presentations.

July 27: Class Picnic & Community Service Backpack Drive

Alumni Picnic Class of 2009
All Alumni friends and family will be provided free entry
Details will be provided for BYOG Status (Bring your own grill)
The Alumni Class of 2009 Ten Year Reunion Picnic will be filled with food, music, fun and fellowship. We will have activities for the kids, and a school supply & backpack drive in collaboration with the Greater Life Chapel Outreach Ministries of Gary, IN. Please register to volunteer. For any alumni (c/09) with a small business, if you'd like to register to vend please select the general vendors packages and use discount provided in emails. Proceeds from vendors will aid for payment of event (food, activities, dj, & more) and remaining funds will be provided as a book scholarship to a graduating senior class of 2019. Please contact us if you'd like to submit donations.

Alcohol consumption is for 21+ and hotel blocks are available to prevent drinking and driving. All participants agree to participate in all events and submit funds at their own risk, understanding and agreeing to price inflations, partial, or no refunds. You release all liability from Arthentic Fit, LLC and it's affiliates for reparations and or legal action due to any of the reasons previously stated. You also grant permission and release all photography rights that may be use for promotion purposes. Submission of registration through portal you agree to these terms and understand they may change with or without notice and remain binding.
